FRESP is a collaboration of eight ranchers in Okeechobee watershed, World Wildlife Fund, Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, South Florida Water Management District, Florida Department of Environmental Protection, USDA Natural Resource Conservation Service and researchers from the University of Florida and the MacArthur Agro-ecology Research Center.
