Earl Keel is a Field Coordinator for the Florida Ranchlands Environmental Services Project.  Earl has associates degrees in Electronics and Instrument Technology from St. Johns River Community College and B.S. degrees in Electronics Engineering Technology and Agricultural and Biological Engineering from the University of Florida.   He comes to the FRESP program with over 14 years of experience designing and implementing complex field instrumentation and data collection systems for environmental monitoring.  Earl is responsible for installing and managing the monitoring structures for FRESP and he also had primary responsibility for design and implementing FRESP database.
